This exercise program, taught by a certified instructor, will tone and define your core muscles and help build better balance.

Sibley Breast Cancer Support Group

This monthly support group is open to prostate cancer patients and their loved ones. In April, attorney Gerald Gimmel will share information on estate planning, wills, advance medical directives and financial power of attorney.
Gynecologic Oncology Support Group
Tuesday, Apr. 13 2–3 p.m. Free!
